Please read the following terms and conditions. They limit your liability and that of the Air Carriers, Cruise Lines, and Tour Company's providing your trip arrangements. In addition, they outline the conditions under which your trip will operate. Payments made without registration, constitutes your understanding of terms and conditions. ExitUs Travel Terms can be changed at any time.

TOUR/CRUISE RATES: Groups, and individual prices quoted are per person based on double occupancy. Group bookings require a group minimum of 15 or more passengers, based on double occupancy to receive group rates, incentives, events and more. Triple and quad rates do not count toward group rates. Single rates may be available upon request and subject to availability. Should group minimum decrease, prices are subject to change and will be re-invoiced, with new prices. All rates quoted are subject to increase, cancel or change prior to payment in full. All vacation prices are based on rates (reflecting foreign exchange rates) known at the time of publication and expected to be in effect at the time of departure., and do not include airfare or travel protection insurance except where noted. Cruise Lines fuel service fees are subject to increase at any time. ExitUs Travel reserves the right to vary, and or adjust itineraries, prices, substitute facilities and hotels of equal or better quality if necessary.

REGISTRATION/PLAN TO GO DEPOSIT: A completed passenger registration form is required from all guests or group leaders who register for a tour/cruise vacation package. Payments with or without a registration form constitute acceptance of all terms and conditions of the tour/cruise package. In order to perform the professional services required to plan and arrange your travel, a nonrefundable deposit is due at time of reservation.

DEPOSIT/PAYMENTS: Deposit and payment amounts are per invoice specifications. Final or Full payment confirm rates, and all unpaid tours/cruise are subject to increase prior to payment in full. Credit card holders must complete credit card authorization form, and may be subject to a 3-4% credit card service fee. All payments constitute that guest understand terms and conditions of tour/cruise. Payments must arrive in ExitUs Travel Services office before or on payment due dates to avoid late payment fees or cancellation of tour/cruise. Your bank, and or card company statement is your receipt and best proof of payment. Make checks payable to ExitUs Travel Trust. Tours/Cruise packages are subject to credit card only purchases for Florida residents.

GROUP CANCEL PENALTYS: Per Person cruise cost cancellation fees will be charged based on the following schedule. Initial deposits, based on cruise amount per person, are non-refundable; airline tickets are non-refundable once issued. Non-refundable cancellation Fees: Up to150 days prior to departure no charges no penalties. 149-90 days prior to departure: $250.00, 89-56 days prior to departure: 50% of total cruise cost, 55-30 days prior to departure 75% of total cruise cost, 29 or less days prior to departure: no-refund. Cruise Lines Company penalties will be advised upon itinerary confirmation if different from the above penalties. Returned checks/credit card denials will incur a $35.00 NSF Fee. Rebooking fees may apply. All changes, request for cancellation should be sent in writing.

TRAVEL AGENCY SERVICE FEE: ExitUs Travel Services reserves the right to charge a service fee for any and all cancellations for cruises or tours. The amount of fee is determined by the tour duration and cost. Visit our website for further terms and details. www.exitus-travel.com

REFUNDS/FUTURE TRAVEL CREDIT: Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of each tour/cruise. ExitUs Travel Services also reserves the right to offer "Future Travel Credit" to guests who cancel their vacation for non-valid reasons and or who do not purchase travel protection insurance. ExitUs Travel Services is not covered by Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation in the State of California. This business has a California Seller of Travel License (CST) #2032660-40.

PASSPORT/VISAS/INOCULATIONS. All U.S. international and cruise passengers require a valid passport for travel, and some countries require a visa. (Please inquire). It is the passenger's responsibility to have a valid passport and the necessary visas for the countries being visited. Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after intended date of departure. Some countries require inoculations, check with your doctor/medical facility. ExitUs Travel or It's Tour/Cruise Company accepts no responsibility for guests' correct documentation and or inoculations for your vacation.

INSURANCE: Protect your investment. Travel Protection Insurance is strongly suggested for health, accident, baggage and trip cancellation/interruption insurance. Insurance upgrades, additional coverage available upon requests. Travel protection insurance is an inclusion or exclusion of the prices quoted on invoice. Participants have the option to decline insurance, however will be required to complete and sign a waiver form. Reservations without insurance will incur a non-refundable agency fee.
